Crunch month has made my dog think I'm the most boring person in the world. He waits each day for Sydney to get home.

Old Rag!

This weekend, I decided to take a day off from trying to memorize all of medicine and go hiking with Sydney and some friends. The day was beautiful, the hike was awesome, and it was so nice to take a little break. (Still listened to about 4 hours of Goljan lectures while we were on the trail. :)

We hiked a mountain in Shenandoah National Park called "Old Rag." Sweet name for a mountain. You can see a little about the hike HERE.

She's so thoughtful. Nature will do that to you.

Syd and I had packed lunch for all, which we enjoyed at the tip top!

I would definitely suggest the hike. Quite an enjoyable time. The rock climbing is awesome. There are a few places where you go under giant rocks, and through little skinny places. There were a ton of people there (not all the way at the top), but it still was lots of fun.

Well, back to the books!
