The End of Surgery

Yes, I successfully have completed the 2 month Surgery rotation. It was brutal hours, but I really enjoyed it a lot. Hopefully I'll get to spend some more time at home with Syd now that I'm starting OB/GYN, but we'll see. Being in the OR almost everyday was awesome.

Being a marketing grad, I just have to point this out for everyone.  You may think that the bigger mouthwash bottle is just the same...but more for less money.  No.  They just dilute it.  RIPOFF!!!!
.05% fluoride in the small bottle.  .02% fluoride in the big bottle.  Yeah....I know.

I couldn't believe it when I first discovered this oral hygiene travesty.

The weather this winter in Richmond has been glorious.  A few weeks back I had Saturday off, and Syd and I went to the park for a picnic.  Yes...a mid January picnic.  It was like 70 degrees out and we had a blast playing hacky sack and frisbee and walking around Maymont.

Then the past few weeks have continued to be beautiful and warm.  We have a really fun frisbee golf course at a park nearby.  This is Syd with Adrien and Nat.  I believe it was shortly after I took this photo that I destroyed a frisbee by nailing a tree with my supersonic throw.  It literally exploded!

This man needs to be embarrassed on our blog.  Yes...his pants were that low before he bent over.  That is where he had chosen to wear them.  I had no idea he was going to make the picture I was snapping even better by bending over to get something from his car.

These pictures were over Christmas.  We miss our puppy.  He's still in Utah terrorizing my family.  Hopefully someday he'll return to us.

I am glad to see that you are keeping us abreast of the latest oral hygiene travesty! Who knew?
And I want to know in what universe it looks good to strap your pants below your butt? I guess the lower you hang your pants the lower the IQ? (sorry I couldn't think of something better)
Your puppy misses you too by the way. :(
